What is Tong Mo?

Tong Mo is a delicacy where marinated minced meat with special spices is stuffed into the thin cow intestine. Tong Mo is traditional food for Cambodia, Thailand, Laos and Vietnam citizens, but is now also widely available in Malaysia. Tong Mo is HALAL(depending on the merchant). Tong Mo is similar to sausages. It tastes like a burger patty, except juicier.. What makes Tong Mo a healthier option is that it is grilled not fried.

You can get it from RM10 for 3pcs small. Frozen ones are also available from RM20 for 3pcs jumbo+Thai Chilli Sauce+Seasoning
