Kuala Lumpur Butterfly Park is a place where different butterflies dance and live around the colourful and beautiful flower vines. The landscape of this garden is about 80,000 square feet and has over 5,000 live butterflies. During an interview with Discovery Channel, KL Butterfly Park was named the best butterfly park in the world and this had been broadcasted to over 200 million viewers worldwide.
There is a butterfly museum where you should not miss out on a large collection of butterflies and other attractions including live insects, freshwater turtles and japanese koi fish.

Getting There
By Car
The preferable transportation is by car. Should you use GrabCar to get there, the surcharge is around RM 9 from our hotel. However, if the pick up point is at Dataran Merdeka, it will be RM 5.
By Bus
Get on to “Hop On Hop Off” bus at the front of Sungei Wang Plaza and disembark at Station No. 20. An additional 5 minutes walking, you will see the entrance of KL Butterfly Park.

By Walk
After visiting Dataran Merdeka, you may walk to KL Butterfly Park but it requires 25 minutes walking due to uphill slope. Along the walking distance, you will see the National Mosque of Malaysia and Taman Burung Kuala Lumpur (Bird Park).
